Oxford Dynamics® was founded in 2007 to help technology companies get more from their technology and from their teams.

Oxford Dynamics is deliberately founder-led. You work directly with an experienced engineer, not a chain of account managers and juniors, which keeps communication simple and the quality of the work high.

We’ve worked on both sides of the line between engineering and software: building technical tools, and leading the teams and projects that depend on them.

That lets us see a problem whole, from the detail of the code to the architecture to the people.
